👉 A few things to consider when planning your trip…

Event passes do not include travel or lodging. You must book travel and accommodations on your own.
The main activities for the event will take place at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, which is located on West Flamingo Road near the Las Vegas strip.
We anticipate that many guests will choose to stay at the Palms for the convenience and proximity to the activities. However, please be aware that staying at the Palms is not a requirement to attend the event and you can book any accommodations of your choice. The Palms does offer free parking and free valet services for those staying on the property or visiting for the event.

If you're looking to stay at the Palms…

The Palms Casino Resort features three towers: The Ivory tower, the Fantasy tower, and the Palms Place tower. The Ivory and Fantasy towers are the closest to the pool and nightclub where our activities will take place. The Palms Place tower is the farthest (about a 10-minute, all-indoor walk across the casino and restaurants). While Palms Place is on the property at the Palms Casino Resort, it is often listed as a separate property by some online travel agents. It is also a condo-hotel, with a mix of standard hotel rooms and by-owner rentals (e.g., Airbnb).

If you're looking for other options…

The nearest hotel is The Gold Coast Hotel & Casino, right across the street from the Palms. The walk from the Gold Coast to the Palms is about 8 minutes. The next closest hotel is the Rio Hotel & Casino, just down the road. The walk from the Rio to the Palms is about 15 minutes (though a car ride might be the best option if you stay there). Both the Gold Coast and the Rio offer affordable rates and are great options for those on a budget.
If you have a car, there are many hotels on or around Flamingo Road and the strip, such as Caesars Palace, the Flamingo, the Horseshoe, etc. Even the Tuscany Suites & Casino is not too far if you've stayed there for BiggerVegas and prefer this familiar property. Another off-strip option nearby is the Orleans Hotel Casino, which is a five minute drive from the Palms. Remember, you'll be able to drive and park at the Palms for free, but other hotels may charge nightly fees for parking. Always check for these fees when choosing where to stay.

When booking a hotel, we always recommend booking refundable rates over non-refundable. This is particularly important when planning a trip many months in advance, as plans can change, and you'll want the flexibility to make changes or cancel if necessary.

Please review all policies and fees when choosing a hotel. Hotels in Las Vegas may charge a security deposit when making a reservation and a nightly resort fee for amenities. Some hotels may have additional charges for parking or amenities.

For smokers, some properties may not offer smoking rooms and/or have strict policies regarding smoking, vaping or cannabis use.

Airfare prices can vary significantly over time, and airlines may charge fees if you need to make changes or cancel. We recommend tracking prices online and booking your airfare closer to the event dates (a month or two before) when prices are often most competitive.

Ride-share options, such as Uber, Lyft, and taxis, are readily available in Las Vegas. This may be a good choice for you if you only plan to venture out occasionally.

If you're planning to rent a car, prices in Las Vegas can also vary over time based on demand. Most rental agencies will accept reservations without a deposit and allow cancellations without a fee. You can make a reservation in advance and regularly check and compare prices online for better deals. Sometimes car rental companies lower prices as you get close to your rental dates, and you can cancel and rebook your rental car at a lower rate.
