With just 36 days until the event, all available event passes for BiggerBash have been sold. We appreciate all the support from the community and look forward to meeting you in Las Vegas on September 6th.

Please note that we will not be reopening event pass sales, and there will be no at-the-door, walk-in, or day passes available at the event.

Event Pass Waitlist Update
August 21, 2024

When passes sold out, we opened a waitlist for those who missed the opportunity to purchase one. As of today, we've received over 180 inquiries, but less than ten cancellations in the last couple of weeks. At this rate, we expect only a few more cancellations before the event starts. Unfortunately, it will be impossible to accommodate everyone on the list. For this reason, we have decided to close the waitlist, though we will continue to offer spots to those waitlisted for any cancellations that come in.

👉 If you missed out on getting an event pass but still plan to be in Las Vegas during BiggerBash weekend, please note that there are side activities on our schedule for which you can still purchase tickets and participate without an event pass. These include Club Chub, Drag Party Brunch, RuPaul's Drag Race LIVE!, and more.

While you can partake in those activities, please remember that without an event pass, you will NOT have access to the three main BiggerBash activities: the SilverSplash Pool Party, the SilverLounge Hospitality, and the SilverBash Dance Party. 

BiggerBash event passes remain sold out, and there will be no at-the-door, walk-in, or day passes available at the event. We are also unable to process event pass transfers at this late stage. If you have an event pass and you are unable to attend, please let us know so we can offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist. Thank you!

Since our launch on September 6th, 1999, BiggerCity has been the online meeting place for chubs, chasers and bears; a space for the community to connect and find love. Twenty-five years later, our vibrant online community continues to grow and thrive, thanks to the ongoing support of members like you. We're thrilled about this amazing 25-year long journey, and want to celebrate this milestone with you in Las Vegas.

The Silver Pass is the base package and gets you access to the three main activities; The SilverSplash Pool Party, the SilverLounge Hospitality and the SilverBash Dance Party.

The Silver VIP Pass gets you everything in the Silver Pass, plus additional activities and perks, as well as early access to the main venues.

Hop on our event shuttle busses! Catch a ride to the Entourage during the Saturday activity or hop off at the LINQ Promenade to explore the shops, attractions or the Las Vegas Strip. Two shuttles will make continuous runs between the Palms, the Entourage and the LINQ Promenade.

Shuttles are complimentary for event pass holders. All you need is your event badge to hop on.

Tips

  • Busses will loop between the three locations at approximately 30 min intervals. One of the shuttles is ADA accessible.
  • The High Roller observation wheel, Big Bus, Favorite Bistro and Sweet Sin are some of the attractions and offers you can access with your Vegas City Pass when visiting the LINQ Promenade.

    BiggerBash is BiggerCity's 25th Anniversary Celebration. It is a one-time weekend celebration of the community and its members, taking place in Las Vegas. The event is scheduled for September 6 - 8, 2024, and is centered around three main activities: a pool party, a hospitality lounge and a dance party.

    No. Although both events do share a few similarities, BiggerVegas and BiggerBash are different events.

    Here's a comparison of both events and what to expect at BiggerBash:

    BiggerVegas
    • Takes place in Las Vegas.
    • Recurring, week-long social gathering that attracts over 1,700 members of the community. Takes place every 2 or 3 years.
    • Comprehensive value program focused around a hospitality lounge and several pool parties, with entertainment, social mixers, excursions and activities.
    • Hosted open bars.
    • Buffets and pop-up food/hors d’oeuvres services.
    • Full host hotel take-over with most activities taking place on location.
    • Transportation provided for some excursions.
    • A not-for-profit event. All proceeds are fully invested back into the event.
    • Organized by community volunteers with the sponsorship of BiggerCity.
    BiggerBash
    • Takes place in Las Vegas.
    • One-time, weekend party celebration of the community with an expected attendance of around 700 members of the community.
    • Premium-experience program designed around a pool party and a dance party, with entertainment and select social mixers and activities.
    • Hosted open bars as well as ticketed bars and cash bar options.
    • Pop-up hors d’oeuvres services for select pass-holders.
    • Shared hotel with exclusive venues, with some activities taking place at other Vegas locations.
    • Guests are responsible for transportation.

    BiggerBash will take place on the weekend of September 6 - 8, 2024, in Las Vegas. Our main activities, the pool party, the dance party and the hospitality lounge, will take place at the Palms Casino Resort. Other activities may take place at different locations in Las Vegas.

    To attend the event, you'll need to purchase an event pass. Click the Register button to get started and choose from the available passes to complete your purchase.

    We're expecting around 700 guests to attend the event. Our main venues have capacity limits, thus event passes will be limited to guarantee an enjoyable experience for everyone attending.

    Due to limited venue capacities, there is a possibility that passes may sell out before the event date. Thus we cannot guarantee the availability of day passes or walk-in passes.
